Here’s how we make designing your dream dress the most fun and empowering experience ever
Your Journey To A One Of A Kind Gown
Step 1: The Vibe Check (Let's Chat!) It all starts with a totally no-pressure short indepth chat or, call. Think of it like a first date with your future dress! We'll chat about your vision, your venue, and most importantly, how you want to feel. This is where we see if we're a match made in heaven and make sure your idea is something we can bring to life spectacularly.
Step 2: The Key to the Kingdom (You're In!) Once you decide to move forward,you officially become a Haute Goddess Initiate. This is where the perks start rolling in:
· Your Personal Portal Login: Instant access to our gated online community, The Inner Circle. This is your hub for everything, where you'll connect with other initiates and see exclusive content.
· The Divine Fit Kit: We'll mail you a gorgeous, complimentary kit with a professional measuring tape and our super-simple guide to capturing your perfect measurements at home.
· Your "Something New" Gift: Because every goddess deserves a treat. We'll add a secret, beautiful accessory to your final package—think exquisite bridal stockings with a delicate lace top, a set of pearl-encrusted hair pins, or a custom-embroidered handkerchief.
Step 3: The Creative Jam Session (The Fun Part!) This is where we co-create.Inside your portal, we’ll share:
· Inspiration Galleries: Mood boards, fabric swatches, and sketches based on our chat.
· Polls & Puzzles: "Which of these two necklines makes your heart skip a beat?" Your opinion directly shapes the design.
· Direct Messaging: Chat directly with our designer to ask questions, share new ideas, and get excited together.
Step 4: The Magic Happens (Sneak Peeks!) While our master tailor works their magic,we won’t leave you in the dark. Get ready for fun updates:
· "Studio Spyglass" Videos: Short, behind-the-scenes clips of your fabric being cut or a bead being placed.
· Mythic Mission Statement: We'll craft a personalized, powerful mantra for your gown (e.g., "For the goddess who commands the boardroom and the dance floor") and send it to you on a beautiful card. This is the core feeling we're weaving into your dress.
Step 5: The Grand Reveal (The Best Mail Day EVER!) The day your gown arrives is an event.Your custom piece will arrive in our signature packaging, ready for an unboxing experience you'll want to film. Inside, you'll find your masterpiece, your "Something New" gift, and a few other secret surprises to welcome you properly into the fold.
Step 6: Your Forever Access (The Legacy) Your journey doesn't end when the dress arrives.Your Inner Circle login is for life. You'll always have a place to get styling tips for rewearing your gown, first dibs on new collections, and a community of women who just get it.

The Covenant - After Sales Service
The Covenant: Includes a beautiful, wallet-sized card that is your "Covenant." It outlines the terms of the "Wear It Again" guarantee and free alterations.
· The Gift: Asides from your "something New", this Includes one more small, branded token. A single pearl on a safety pin to use as a "something borrowed" for another bride you knowin the future.
The "Second Act" Submission: On your 6 Month or 1 year anniversary , we reach out to not only wish you a happy anniversary but help you organise how to re-wear your Goddess gown this year? With our Second Acts, we have commissioned Couturiers that can transform the dress into a lovely cocktail dress suitable for an anniversary. We'd love to help and feature you!
The Referral Ritual: When you. "Refer a future Goddess, you receive a credit towards the alterations for your Second Act to have it done for free.
·The Conclave: We host an annual online "Conclave of Goddesses" for all past clients—a virtual meet-up with a styling workshop, a Q&A with the tailor, and a preview of the new collection.
· The Heirloom Program: This is a program where you can officially consign your gowns back to us to be offered to new members of the Coven, you receive a small commission from the sale.
